Lindsay Sims McKee, a seasoned instructor and training consultant affiliated with Corporate College and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at Cuyahoga Community College, has a rich history of expertise in instruction and instructional design spanning over 15 years. For the past decade, she has been an industry leader, specializing in digital marketing instruction, training, and consulting.
Lindsay holds the internationally respected OMCP Certified Trainer designation, authorizing her to educate digital marketers in critical domains such as content marketing, conversion rate optimization, email marketing, mobile marketing, paid search (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and digital analytics. Her educational endeavors have led to a meaningful partnership with HubSpot, where she has acquired multiple HubSpot certifications to augment her knowledge.
Notably, Lindsay's track record of success is exemplified by her achievement in assisting nearly 100% of certification-seeking students in obtaining at least one digital marketing certification, with an average of three certifications earned during her programs.
Since 2022, Lindsay has taken on the role of Associate Professor of Marketing and assumed the position of Director of the Yellow Jacket Digital Agency at Baldwin Wallace University. The Yellow Jacket Digital Agency specializes in supporting the admissions department by leveraging social media, email marketing, and text message marketing for departmental recruitment initiatives.

Furthermore, Lindsay Sims is the Founder and CEO of Predictable Results Marketing, a company featured in Crain's Cleveland Business, The Atlantic, Cleveland Magazine, Fresh Water Cleveland, and Smart Business Cleveland's Women Who Excel feature in 2014. Her company specializes in educational programming for small business owners and their teams. In 2020, Lindsay was recruited by Grow with Google to become a Grow with Google Digital Coach, helping over 2500 business owners annually harness the power of Google tools to boost their businesses.
